◆Before you start: You'll see your pay information once your account is approved and you've started completing tastings.
How you get paid
For now, your brand pays you directly, outside the app.
- Finish your tasting and file your report.
- Wait for your brand team to approve the report.
- Once it's approved, your brand pays you — usually within about a week.
The app keeps a running record of what you've earned, but it doesn't send the money itself. Think of it as your pay statement, not your paycheck. The payment comes from your brand.
Where to see your earnings
The clearest place to check your pay is the Payouts card on your Profile tab.
- Tap Profile in the bottom tabs.
- Scroll to the Payouts card.
- Read the Next payout amount — this is money you've earned that hasn't been paid to you yet.
- Look at the "$X lifetime" tag to see everything you've earned all time.
- Below that, each week shows a Pending or Paid label with the amount for that week.
You can also see a quick total on the Reports tab under Earned · this period.
What the words mean
- Pending — you earned this for approved tastings, but your brand hasn't paid it yet.
- Paid — your brand has already paid you this.
- Lifetime — everything you've earned since you started.
☀ Good to know
- The Payouts card only shows up once your account is approved and there's real earnings data to show. A brand-new ambassador won't see it yet.
- Next payout is the amount you're owed — not a scheduled date. Because your brand pays you directly, the app doesn't show a payout date, and that's on purpose.
- The dollar figures are a record of what you've accrued. No money moves inside the app.
- You're paid after your report is approved, so a tasting won't count toward your pay until the brand signs off on the report.
- If your brand collects your direct-deposit or W-9 details, that happens during onboarding.
- If you ever change your bank details later, the app emails you a confirmation code to keep your account secure — enter that code to save the change.
- Questions about your pay go to your brand, not to app support. From Profile, tap Help & support, then Ask {your brand} — that tile covers "Schedules, pay, products, materials, what to do at a store."
⚑ If something’s not working
- You don't see a Payouts card at all
- your account may not be approved yet, or you haven't completed any tastings. Check that you're cleared to work, then look again after your first approved tasting.
- A tasting isn't showing in your earnings
- pay only appears after your report is approved. If the report is still waiting on your brand, the earnings won't show yet.
- Money is stuck as Pending
- that's normal. Pending means it's earned and approved but not yet paid. Your brand pays directly, usually within about a week of approval.
- You think a payment is late or the amount looks wrong
- go to Profile → Help & support → Ask {your brand}. Include your name and the store you were at so they can answer faster.
- You need to update your bank or tax details
- reach out to your brand team through Ask {your brand}; bank changes will prompt an emailed confirmation code before they save.
