The five tabs at the bottom

Every screen has the same five tabs across the bottom. Here's what each one is for.

  • Today — your day at a glance: your next tasting under Up next, what's Coming up, and your stats for the quarter.
  • Events — find open shifts and claim the ones you want.
  • Materials — order sample product and see resources from your brand.
  • Reports — finish and track your reports, and see your earnings for the period.
  • Profile — your account and settings (this guide).

Your Profile "Account" list

Open the Profile tab and scroll to the Account section. Depending on your brand, you'll see up to five rows.

### My agreement

  1. Tap My agreement.
  2. Your signed agreement opens as a PDF in a new tab.

You'll only see this row if your brand uses agreements. If it isn't there, your brand doesn't have one for you to sign.

### Notifications

  1. Tap Notifications.
  2. The app jumps you straight down to your notification settings, where you can choose how far ahead you get your day-of link and more.

### Help & support

  1. Tap Help & support.
  2. You'll see two tiles. Pick the one that fits your question:
  • Ask [your brand] — for schedules, pay, products, materials, or what to do at a store.
  • Technical help — for when you can't sign in, something won't load, or a report won't send.
  1. Tapping a tile opens an email to the right team.

Tip: Include your name and the store you were at — it gets you an answer faster.

### Download my data

  1. Tap Download my data.
  2. Read what's included, then tap Download my data again.
  3. You'll get a file called my-longboard-data.json — a copy of your personal info.

What's inside: your account and sign-in details; your profile (name, contact, address, photo); agreements you've signed; your event history and check-ins; your notification preferences; and your taxpayer status (last 4 digits only).

What's never inside: passwords, your full Social Security or bank numbers, and info a brand captures at its own events (ask the brand for that).

### Log out

  1. Tap Log out.
  2. You're signed out right away — there's no "are you sure?" step, so only tap it when you mean it. Next time, sign back in with your email code.
☀ Good to know
  • The bell icon at the top of Today doesn't do anything yet — you can ignore it. Your reminders come by email instead.
  • If a tab won't open and keeps sending you back to Profile, you're probably still waiting for approval. Until your brand approves you, Profile is the only tab you can use — that's normal for new ambassadors.
  • My agreement and Notifications only appear once you're set up. If you don't see them yet, finish your onboarding first.
  • Your earnings show up on your Profile tab under Payouts, and on the Reports tab — not on the Today screen.
  • On a brand-managed plan (the usual setup), your brand pays you directly, outside the app. The dollar amounts you see are a record of what you've earned, not something the app pays out.
  • The Download my data file is a one-time snapshot. If you change your info later, download it again to get the latest.
⚑ If something’s not working
A tab keeps bouncing me back to Profile
your account is still pending approval. Hang tight until your brand approves you; only Profile works until then.
I don't see "My agreement"
your brand may not use agreements, or you haven't finished onboarding yet.
I don't see "Notifications" in my Account list
finish your onboarding; this row appears once your settings form is ready.
A Help tile says "We're setting this up — check back shortly."
that contact isn't ready yet. Try the other tile, or check back a little later.
My data download failed
("We couldn't build your export just now") — wait a moment and tap Try again. If it keeps happening, use Technical help to reach support.
I tapped the bell and nothing happened
that's expected; the bell isn't active. Look for your email reminders instead.
